2. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must pay the registration fee 100 yuan on the registration website.

This examination does not specify an examination counseling book, and the comprehensive personnel management department of our city's institutions does not hold or entrust any institution to hold an examination counseling training class.

2. Time and place of written examination

(3) Qualification examination
1. After the written test, according to the order of written test scores from high to low and the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position, the candidates for qualification review will be determined within the range of 3: 1 (those with tied results at the end will participate together); For positions with skill tests, the candidates for qualification review shall be determined within the range of 5: 1 according to the order of written test scores from high to low and the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position (those with tied final scores shall participate together).
2. The competent department (unit) of the recruiting unit is responsible for qualification examination.
At the time of qualification review, the applicant must provide the originals of relevant certificates and materials.
3. Applicants who enter the scope of qualification review, as well as other top-ranking personnel, should keep the contact information provided at the time of registration unblocked after the written test results are published, so that the competent department (unit) of the recruiting unit can notify the qualification review or make up the records. Those who fail to contact or participate in the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. If the qualification review is unqualified, the interview (skill test) qualification will be cancelled. If there is a vacancy due to reasons such as failing to pass the review, among the qualified candidates in the same position, the written test scores will be replenished from high to low.
If a person who has been disqualified from interview (skill test) has any objection to the qualification review, he/she may state his/her defense to the competent department (unit) in charge of the qualification review of the recruiting unit within 3 working days after receiving the notice.
The list of qualified personnel will be published on the website of the competent department (unit) of each recruitment unit (see Annex 4 for details).
(4) Skills test
The skill test mainly tests the professional skills required by the job (see the position table for details), and the qualified score of the skill test accounts for 60% of the total score of the skill test.
The results of skill test will be published in the form of 100% on the website of the recruiting unit responsible for organizing the skill test within 3 working days after the end of the skill test.
(5) Interview
1. If there is no skill test, those who pass the qualification review will directly enter the interview; If there is a skill test, among those who have passed the skill test, the candidates who will participate in the interview will be determined within the range of 3: 1 according to the converted scores (written test score ×40%+ skill test score ×30%, with two decimal places reserved by rounding) and the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position (if the final scores are tied, they will participate together).
The names, written test (skill test) scores and rankings of the shortlisted interviewers will be published on Lianyungang Human Resources and Social Security Network, and will not be supplemented after the shortlisted interviewers are published.
2. The interview results shall be notified to the candidates by the on-site staff.
If there is no competitive position in the interview, the passing score of the interview is 60% of the total interview score; The interview has formed a competitive position, and the qualified interview results account for 50% of the total interview results.

The competent department (unit) of the recruiting unit is responsible for the inspection and physical examination, and the inspection work is organized and implemented with reference to the Implementation Measures for Open Recruiting Personnel in Lianyungang Public Institutions (Trial); Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]140). If there are special requirements in the post table, the requirements in the post table shall prevail.
Sixth, publicity.
The competent department (unit) of the recruiting unit shall determine the list of persons to be employed according to the results of examination, inspection and physical examination.
The list of persons to be employed shall be publicized on Lianyungang Human Resources and Social Security Network and the websites of the competent departments (units) of each recruitment unit for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, job title, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, various achievements, total score, ranking, etc. Recruitment examination.
If the applicant's investigation or physical examination does not meet the requirements, and the publicity results of the proposed employee affect the employment, and the proposed employee explicitly abandons the employment, the recruiting unit shall put forward opinions on whether to fill the vacancy, and report it to the Municipal Organization Department or the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record with the consent of the competent department of the recruiting unit.
