What is the quality of Yuncheng Chonglou Community?

To tell the truth: the building quality of Chonglou Community is good, but the property is really poor. The property inside colludes with gangsters, who run rampant, regardless of the surface of the property. However, both the owners and the decorators have suffered losses. I have seen many bad things in other communities in Yuncheng, but I really can't stand it in the heavy building community.
