(three) the lessee has one of the following acts, terminate the lease contract, to recover the leased public rental housing, the applicant and the applicant shall not apply again within 5 years:

2. sublease or lend;

3. Change the structure or use nature of public rental housing;

4. The lessee has been vacant for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons;

5. Rent arrears accumulated for more than 6 months;

6. Engaging in illegal activities in public rental housing.

(4) Withdrawal regulations

1. The lessee shall vacate the house on the date of expiration or termination of the lease contract and settle the house rent, water, electricity, gas, property and other related expenses. If the original house and facilities are damaged or lost, the lessee shall restore, repair and compensate.

2. After the expiration or termination of the lease contract, if the lessee does not meet the lease conditions but is temporarily unable to return the house, a three-month transition period may be given. During the transition period, the rent will be charged at 1.5 times the rent standard of public rental housing.

3. If the lessee no longer meets the lease conditions and refuses to vacate the house, the rent shall be charged at twice the rent standard of public rental housing, and shall be announced within an appropriate range. Apply to the people's court for compulsory execution when necessary.
