The community belongs to private houses and some people's public places. Ordinary people have no right to go in unless you live in a community. But how to judge whether you live in it and completely restrict outsiders' entry will also bring disadvantages to the owners. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of people in the community, most residential properties will require you to provide ID card registration, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter to reduce risks.
