Third, the relevant treatment

(1) The employed full-time government firefighters must undergo pre-job training (the training period of full-time firefighters' 24-hour duty preparation mode is 3 months, and the training period of full-time firefighters' 8-hour working system is 1 month), and the monthly salary during the training period is 1.800 yuan.

After being officially employed, the total monthly salary of full-time government firefighters on duty for 24 hours is about 5,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan, and the total monthly salary of full-time government firefighters working for 8 hours every day is about 4,300 yuan to 6,000 yuan. Salary corresponds to obtaining relevant professional qualifications.

The above salary includes five insurances and one gold paid by individuals, with regular capital increase every year.

The "five insurances and one gold" paid by the unit shall be paid separately by the fire employer according to the standard.

The annual performance bonus will be paid to employees who pass the annual assessment.

For example, those who participate in unified security, dispatch and standby duty can enjoy duty subsidies, on-site rescue and duty subsidies according to the relevant standards of firefighters.

The written test scores and qualified scores are published on Hainan Fire Protection Network. According to the written test scores from high to low, the shortlisted candidates for psychological test, physical fitness test and post adaptability test are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

If the written test scores are tied, the finalists will be determined together; Those whose written test scores are lower than the qualified score line shall not be listed as finalists.

If the proportion of posts is not reached, the finalists shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified written test scores.

2. Psychological test, physical fitness test and post adaptability test.

Through the written test, the staff conducted psychological test, physical fitness test and post adaptability test in turn.

The psychological test adopts the fireman recruitment psychological test system, and the system automatically judges whether it is "qualified" or "unqualified". Those who fail the psychological test shall not be shortlisted for the physical fitness test.

The physical fitness test shall be carried out with reference to the Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards for Firefighters' Employment in National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team (2023), and quantitative scoring shall be carried out. The post adaptability test shall be organized and implemented in time according to the post requirements.

The list of interviewers to be shortlisted is sorted from high to low according to written test scores, physical fitness and post adaptability test scores, and determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people who passed the test 1:3, and the ratio of recruitment positions 10 or above (including 10) is determined according to 1:2.

4. the total score of the exam.

The calculation method of the total test score is: according to the proportion of written test score accounting for 40%, interview score accounting for 30%, physical fitness test score accounting for 30% and post adaptability test accounting for 30%, the written test, interview, test score and total test score are all kept to two decimal places.

If the total score of the exam is tied, it shall be determined according to the interview results; If the interview results are the same, they shall be determined according to the written test results; If the written test scores are the same, they shall be determined according to the test scores.

(4) Physical examination and political examination

Those who pass the examination will be given a unified physical examination and political examination.

After passing the medical examination, the proposed employee shall provide the certificate of no criminal record issued by the police station where the household registration is located.

Those who fail the physical examination or political examination will not be hired.
