1, agency fee
Rental agency fee refers to the commission paid by one or both of the renter and the landlord to the intermediary company according to a certain proportion after the housing agency introduces the renter to get in touch with the landlord.
The agency fee for renting a house is generally half of the monthly rent paid by the tenant and the landlord, which means that the tenant needs to pay half a month's rent. However, it varies according to local practices and the length of the lease, and some are all borne by the tenant.
2. Rent and deposit
Rent refers to the remuneration charged by the lessor to the lessee for the transfer of the right to use assets in the leasing business. It is shown as rental income at the lessor and rental expense at the lessee. The rent of leasing business is usually determined by the lessor and the lessee through consultation according to the cost of assets, and calculated by time, such as monthly rent.

3. Other expenses
Property fee, electricity fee, water fee, gas fee, heating fee, depending on everyone's situation, some will be included in the rent, and some will need to be paid by the tenant himself, but generally speaking, the wool is on the sheep.
Fees such as TV, telephone, Internet access, cleaning when checking out, depreciation of furniture and appliances are usually purchased by tenants according to their own needs, and the landlord will not bear them.
