Heating fee is a certain fee paid by residents to the heating department after winter in Chinese cities, especially in northern cities. It is mainly used to maintain raw materials, personnel, housing and other related expenses required for heating.

The heating valve mainly controls the water inlet and outlet of the radiator.

"Heating Regulations" stipulates that no unit or individual may carry out the following acts:

3. Alter the heating pipe, install radiator or change the thermal performance and original thermal insulation structure of the room without authorization, and open the valve for heating without authorization;

5, destroy the accuracy of heating measuring instruments;

6, other acts that hinder the normal operation of heating facilities and affect heating.

Specific operation method of heating pipeline valve:

1, adjust the position. Adjust the valve of each riser to a proper position;

2. Open the manual bleeder valve of each radiator to discharge the air accumulated in the radiator, or open the exhaust valve of the gas collecting tank installed at the top of the system until the radiator heats up. Once the debugging is completed, the valve should be fixed and cannot be opened and closed at will;

3. Turn the handwheel clockwise when opening the valve, and counterclockwise when closing it, and rotate it in place according to the opening and closing instructions. Don't change the radiator at will, and don't drain water out of the system at will. Without hot water, the water temperature in the pipe network will drop rapidly, resulting in a drop in indoor temperature.

Article 944 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed.
