Provisions of Property Law on Outdoor Air Conditioning Installation
National Air Conditioning Installation Standard stipulates that
A, 1, air conditioning installation personnel must be trained and show certificates.
2. The bearing capacity of the shelf of the external machine should not be less than 4 times the weight of the air conditioner itself.
3. The height between the installation position of the external machine and the ground shall not be less than 2.5m, and shall not occupy public areas.
4. The water discharged from the outlet pipe of the air conditioner cannot affect the normal life of others.
Second, the air conditioning outdoor unit installation matters needing attention
1 First of all, pay attention to the surrounding environment and try to stay away from the ground and wet places to prevent external machines from rusting and avoid places with leaves or obstacles.
2. The outdoor air conditioner can be placed on the ground, but it may be corroded by rain. If there is snow in winter, it is best to put a shelf in the air.
3. The air-conditioning installation seat cannot be installed directly above the public aisle, which will affect people's walking. The installation height should be more than 2.5 meters to avoid pedestrians meeting.
4. The installation location must be open and ventilated, and it cannot be installed near other people's windows, and the air outlet cannot face other people's windows.
5. The installation of some outdoor air conditioners involves aerial work and requires relevant certificates to operate and install.

Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
Article 287 stipulates that in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, the owners have the right to require the construction unit, the property service enterprise or other managers and other owners to bear civil liability for acts that infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests.
