According to the spirit of the Notice of the District Committee on the Investigation of Creating a Well-off Civilized Demonstration Village, we conducted a comprehensive investigation and summary of the situation of Sun Lu's neighborhood committee in creating a well-off civilized demonstration village, and now we report the investigation as follows:

I. Basic status quo

The permanent population of Sunlu neighborhood committee community in Xindian street is 350 households, 1300 people. Earthwork Company owns 7 excavators and 2 dump trucks 12, with an annual profit of 2.4 million yuan and an annual dividend of 200,000 yuan for East China Wire and Cable Company which cooperates with foreign investors. In addition, there are more than 200 individual and private enterprises, with an average annual net income of 50,000-60,000 yuan per household. At present, it has invested more than 25 million yuan, and planned and built 7 residential buildings, 228 households and 470 small commodity wholesale markets with an area of 100 mu and a total area of more than 28,000 square meters in the urban area. Residential buildings and small commodity wholesale markets have started to operate. With the development of economy, the improvement of income level and living conditions, the economic construction of the whole family has made a great leap and achieved very gratifying results, which provided material guarantee for the creation of a well-off and civilized village.

(2) Democratic political construction.

Combined with the "three-level joint creation" activity, we should start with improving the quality of the two committees and actively strive for "five good" branches. First, pay attention to strengthening the construction of ideological style, constantly improve the quality of team members, enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team, and play a fortress role. Four respected old comrades were elected and volunteered to run for the masses, which was well received by residents. Do a good job in village planning, improve the living environment, and vigorously advocate new lifestyles and habits. Sun Lu New Village has been planned and built, and residential buildings and wholesale markets for small commodity buildings have been built in urban areas. The order of electricity consumption has been controlled, the power supply system has been updated, and closed TV lines have been connected, which has improved the living and cultural level of residents. Ten-star civilized households implement dynamic management and review twice a year. The names of householders on the star list are marked with activity cards. According to the evaluation, they can add or subtract stars at any time, which enhances the attraction of the activities of ten-star civilized households and increases the pressure on them to pay attention to their words and deeds at all times to maintain the stars.

By strengthening the construction of "three civilizations", establishing and perfecting the system of autonomy and implementing democratic management, the office system and working system of the neighborhood Committee team have been institutionalized, the overall vitality of the team has been enhanced, the prestige among the masses has been improved, and a solid foundation has been laid for the establishment of a well-off civilized demonstration village.

Second, the main practices

At the same time, actively create the market, carry out socialized services for village residents, provide new information and technology for the masses, and further establish and improve the business model of "company+market+farmers", which has effectively promoted the third industrialization process and significantly increased the income of residents and collectives.
