Who is in charge of the public parking spaces in the community?

Legal analysis: If it has been used as a supporting facility of the community, and its area has been allocated to the owner's house when planning, then these parking spaces should be owned by all owners, and the income rights should be owned by all owners and managed by the property.

Legal basis: The ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars in Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
