The realty service enterprise or other managers who use the realty management house shall pay the use fee to the owner, and the amount and method of payment shall be stipulated in the realty service contract.

Thirty-third construction units to apply for housing pre-sale, sales license and the initial registration of housing ownership, shall submit the location, area and other related materials to the real estate management department.

The real estate administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall register the location and area of the property management house at the same time when issuing the pre-sale and sales license of the house and handling the initial registration of the ownership of the house.
