What's the use of the notice of entering the new house?

Delivery notice is a written material issued by the developer to inform the owner of delivery activities. As a notification material, it must be in written form, and for the sake of insurance, it is usually mailed.

This is a formal statement. If the owner fails to go to the date and place specified in the delivery notice and fails to contact the real estate developer in time, it will be regarded as automatic repossession after a certain period of time, and the property fee will also be incurred from the date of delivery, and all consequences will be borne by the owner.

Article 39 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Real Estate Management Law * * * If the land use right is obtained by transfer, the following conditions shall be met when transferring the real estate: (1) All the land use right transfer fees have been paid in accordance with the transfer contract, and the land use right certificate has been obtained; (two) investment and development in accordance with the transfer contract, which belongs to housing construction projects, exceeds 25% of the total investment in development, and belongs to plots of land, forming industrial land or other construction land conditions. If the house has been completed when the real estate is transferred, it shall also hold the house ownership certificate.
