During the lease period, Party B shall be responsible for managing the losses and maintenance expenses of the house, indoor facilities and articles, and shall be liable for the losses caused by improper use.
2. Party B shall reasonably use the leased premises and its ancillary facilities. If the house and facilities are damaged due to improper use, Party B shall be responsible for maintenance or economic compensation immediately.
If Party B changes the internal structure of the house, decorates or sets up equipment that has an impact on the structure of the house, its design scale, scope, technology, materials and other schemes must be approved by Party A in writing before construction.
