In order to fundamentally solve the problem of illegal construction of retired desktop houses, the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission decided to stop the examination and approval of retired desktop houses in principle from February 13 this year, except for the special needs of landscape, and not to create conditions and opportunities for unauthorized construction. Relevant persons of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission reminded that tenants who have illegally stamped or prepared to build the top floor of China Construction should consciously dismantle or terminate the construction plan as soon as possible. Otherwise, when the government forcibly investigates and rectifies by legal means, the residents' losses will be even greater. This person believes that although there are various objective factors in illegal construction, the main responsible person is the Taiwanese households. At the same time, the person also warned developers not to mislead buyers on the condition that they can close their desks when selling retirement apartments. Those who make such promises should be corrected in time. The sales department of each project and the residential property company should add restrictive clauses prohibiting unauthorized construction in the contract signed by the top tenants who quit Taiwan to avoid unclear responsibilities and rights in the future. Residential property management units should strengthen the management of residents in this area, have the obligation to publicize and educate the owners, and have the responsibility to report and cooperate with the planning department to investigate and deal with illegal construction in buildings.
