Can the security guard take the property manager exam?

It has nothing to do with what you are doing now. If you meet the requirements of the country and the property management company shows you the certificate, you can apply. The following are the application conditions for registered property managers.

(five) to obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to engage in property management for 2 years. (six) to obtain a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and to engage in property management for 1 year. (seven) to obtain other professional qualifications, degrees, working years and working years in property management are increased by 2 years.
