(5) Guangdong Regulatory Detailed Planning Guidelines (2005). (6) Regulations of Guangdong Province on the Management of Regulatory Detailed Planning (2004). Under the auspices of the Construction Department of Guangdong Province, it participated in the drafting work together with Shenzhen Urban Planning and Design Institute, which was formulated by Guangdong Provincial People's Congress. This is China's first provincial regulation regulating regulatory detailed planning. For the first time, the legal status of regulatory detailed planning was clarified at the legal level, which improved the authority and binding force of regulatory detailed planning. (6) Planning of Intercity Rapid Rail Transit Network in Pearl River Delta Economic Zone (2002). (7) Master Plan of Greenway Network in Pearl River Delta (2009). In order to solve the contradiction between rapid economic development and ecological environment protection, the Pearl River Delta has successively explored ecological resources protection methods such as "ecologically sensitive areas" and "regional green spaces", but these isolated protection methods are difficult to change the situation that the ecosystem is constantly eroded. In order to truly realize the long-term protection and sustainable utilization of ecological resources, a continuous greenway system (combining ecological corridor with slow-moving system) is established to connect the main ecological protection areas, country parks, historical sites and urban open spaces in the Pearl River Delta, and the passive ecological protection function of "green corridor" is combined with the active life and leisure function of "greenway", which fully embodies the ecological civilization of "protecting in development and developing in protection". The overall layout of the greenway network adapted to the regional ecological pattern of the Pearl River Delta is constructed, which consists of 6 main lines, 4 connecting lines, 22 branch lines and 18 intercity interfaces, with a total length of more than 2,370 kilometers and a green buffer area of 44 10 square kilometers, which not only improves the regional ecological protection pattern, but also meets the growing demand of urban and rural residents for being close to nature and taking a leisure vacation, and has become a landmark project for Guangdong to practice Scientific Outlook on Development.

(3) Recent Construction Planning of Dongguan (2006). (4) Coordinated Development Plan of Macao and Zhuhai (Sea) (20 1 1). It is jointly organized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Guangdong Province, the Transport and Works Bureau of Macao Special Administrative Region and the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government. It is suggested that through the coordinated development of Macao and Zhuhai, the "Macao-Zhuhai International Metropolis Circle" with world influence will be built. On the basis of coordinating the spatial layout of Macao and Zhuhai, we will plan a number of cooperation projects between Macao and Zhuhai, give full play to the advantages of Macao as a "free port", deepen the policy of "quasi-free zone" in Hengqin, and establish a long-term mechanism for cooperation between Macao and Zhuhai.
(5) Overall Development Plan of Hengqin (2009). This is the third new district planning approved by the State Council after Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area. (6) Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Cooperative Development Plan of Nansha New Area (20 1 1). It is proposed to deepen the trilateral cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, develop it into an important strategic platform for gathering high-end global resources and the main strategic channel for China to integrate into economic globalization, build a "regional cooperation capital" with strong global competitiveness and world influence, promote the cooperative development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to form a new pattern of "one subject and two wings", and promote the development and construction of Nansha New District to become a national strategy.
(7) Foshan Dongping New Town Development and Construction Strategy (2007). Under the framework of coordinated development and construction of urban and rural areas, the layout of main functional areas oriented by industrial policy zoning, the arrangement of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land, the transformation of "three old" and the use of inefficient garden slopes will solve the index gap of urban and rural construction land and realize the urban and rural spatial governance of "three regulations in one".
(9) Study on the Urban and Rural Master Plan of Shunde (20 1 1). On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the three stages of urban-rural integration, urban-rural division and urban-rural integration, this paper puts forward the development goals and realization paths of Shunde in different stages, and constructs three networks (green ecological network, public service network and infrastructure network) covering all urban and rural communities, agricultural areas and ecological areas.
(10) Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Master Plan (2008). In order to build a typical demonstration area of "two-oriented society" in China, the city is divided into three categories: urbanization guidance area, ecological control area and rural coordination area, and seven policy divisions, such as intercity construction coordination area, urban green belt and urban forestry guidance area, are further defined. Starting with the analysis of the overall development pattern of metropolitan area under the background of regional cooperation, with the goal of building a "regional cooperation demonstration zone" and the means of building an "urban and rural experimental zone as a whole", we will build an innovative and intelligent urban and rural area, a green urban and rural area with ecological priority, a distinctive and charming urban and rural area, a service-oriented and dynamic urban and rural area, a livable urban and rural area with people's livelihood as the guide, and a strong guarantee for urban and rural areas, so as to build a livable, business-friendly, tourism-friendly and ecological environment.

(2) Regulatory Detailed Planning of Qianshan Area in Central City of Zhuhai (2008). Taking the subdivision of land development right as the starting point, the zoning control requirements of urban function, intensity and landscape are defined and implemented in the control index of management unit. The whole process uses GIS technology to simulate, analyze and evaluate visual sensitivity, building height control and three-dimensional high-rise limit prospect, and designs the overall shape of the city in detail, which directly guides the determination of various planning control indicators. At the same time, through the seamless connection between GIS planning database and Zhuhai urban planning data information platform, the informatization of urban regulatory detailed planning management is realized.
(3) Regulatory Detailed Planning and Landscape Design on Both Sides of Huinan Avenue (2009). The land use model of "bus guidance" and the spatial development model of "extreme growth, group layout", "dynamic growth and elastic promotion" are established. (4) Regulatory Detailed Planning and Urban Design of Zhuhai Crossgate Business District (20 10). Based on the positioning of Zhuhai-Macao as a "big pearl", this paper proposes to build Zhuhai Cross Gate CBD into a landmark gateway area to display the achievements of cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao under "one country, two systems" and Zhuhai's city image, and emphatically analyzes and determines the height and volume relationship between the buildings in the planning area and the existing buildings in the adjacent Macao Special Administrative Region to form a coordinated overall spatial intention.
(5) Conceptual Planning of the Surrounding Area of Dongguan East Station (2006). The square in front of the station is designed with the concept of "integrated development" and "ecological construction", and scientifically organizes all kinds of traffic streamline and pedestrian transfer inside and outside the station by means of "seamless connection with pipelines", and puts forward phased implementation plans and various emergency plans for the station construction. (6) Overall Urban Design of Jingkou Overseas Chinese Economic Zone (2008). On the basis of innovating the development path of ecological civilization in small towns, this paper explores the spatial development mode of bus guidance, project guidance and ecological guidance, determines the layout and spatial intention of intensive development, and simulates the planning picture of towns changing with time by rebuilding the visual process of landscape, thus realizing the dynamic monitoring and real-time adjustment of urban development process by planning management departments.
(7) Urban beautification planning of Boluo County (20 10). Taking urban beautification as a means, strengthening planning management, taking mountains and rivers as a link, adding green and colorful, people-oriented and facilitating implementation as the principle, and through detailed landscape design such as natural and human resources system, road system and characteristic zoning, specific construction requirements such as open space, urban color, urban signage system and night lighting are put forward to guide the overall transformation and upgrading of urban environment.
(8) Urban design of the central area of Linzhi, Tibet (20 1 1). Break through the traditional simple way of project aid, enhance the hematopoietic function of the city through functional zoning and project planning, and build a city business card area based on the principle of respecting the history of Tibetan areas and excavating architectural characteristics. Put forward the overall concept of "building scenic spots and gathering popularity", and focus on building three major Tibetan and Cantonese cultural theme scenic spots: the Sun Throne, Shambhala Paradise and Green Pearl. (3) Foshan "Three Old" transformation special plan (2009). It is the first "three old" transformation pilot scheme in the province, and scientifically explores the road of transformation and upgrading in the development and construction of rapidly urbanized areas. On the basis of adjusting the overall urban planning layout according to the overall development requirements of "two transformations and one reconstruction" (industrial transformation, urban transformation and environmental reconstruction), six types of transformation functional zones, such as urban transformation zone, industrial and mining plant transformation zone, ecological environment transformation zone and theme cultural park construction zone, have been defined and implemented in the transformation unit layout; Using three-dimensional simulation, extreme value prediction and multi-factor model, the total amount and intensity of transformation are determined from macro, meso and micro levels. Through regional green line planning, greenway network planning and regional yellow line planning, the green line control and yellow line control are extended from cities to regions, which provides technical basis for provincial and municipal governments to jointly manage strategic space resources related to the overall regional development.

According to the actual scale of housing demand, the housing construction tasks are divided into five types: low-rent housing, affordable housing, public rental housing, price-limited commodity housing, medium-and low-priced commodity housing, and small and medium-sized commodity housing, which are further implemented in the annual supply plans of various urban areas, effectively guiding the responsible subjects to carry out the construction of affordable housing.
(7) Planning and Design of Greenway Network in Boluo County (20 10). It covers the whole process of overall planning, detailed planning, construction design and implementation guidance. Combining greenway construction with local characteristics, eight themed greenways, such as Xiangtou Wonderland and Rongcheng Ancient Town, have been established, realizing greenways connecting towns and villages, providing green economic development opportunities for more than 70% of villages in the county, and putting forward a variety of greenway construction modes, such as "military-civilian co-construction" and "BT construction". (1) Study on the Reform of Urban and Rural Planning Management System in Guangdong Province (1997). Starting with the planning system, management system and legal system, this paper puts forward the basic framework and ideas of urban and rural planning system in Guangdong Province to guide the innovation of planning system in Guangdong Province. The establishment of urban and rural planning committees to make decisions on major planning issues, the establishment of regulatory detailed planning as basic statutory planning, and the institutionalization of public participation in planning approval at all levels have profoundly affected the direction of Guangdong's planning management system reform.
(2) Urban Construction and Sustainable Development (1998), one of the top ten special surveys in Guangdong Province, which aims to "increase innovation advantages and upgrade to a higher level". It is forward-looking to put forward that Guangdong's urban development should shift to a quality-oriented stage as soon as possible, and establish four land use development models: ecologically sensitive area, open area, urban dense area and metropolitan area, which will lay a good foundation for the formation of the concept of "no-building area, limited-building area, built-up area and suitable-building area".
(3) Report on the Development of Urban Human Settlements in Guangdong Province (200 1). This paper evaluates the construction level of urban human settlements in Guangdong province from five aspects: urban development, urban planning and management, infrastructure construction, urban housing development and future action direction, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, so as to encourage Guangdong cities to create honorary titles of national garden cities, national health cities and other human settlements and improve the level of urban construction.
(4) Study on Livable Urban and Rural Construction in Guangdong Province (2009). Seven key projects to promote livable urban and rural construction, such as the construction of public transport system and key new districts, the renovation of villages in cities and "three old", the construction of garbage and sewage treatment facilities, the construction of affordable housing and social security system, the construction of regional greenways and green open spaces, the construction of pedestrian systems and waterfront spaces, and the renovation of "hundreds of villages and towns", were passed by the resolution of the Sixth Session of the Tenth Guangdong Provincial Committee.
(5) Research on Environmental Management Project in Pearl River Delta (2002). The World Bank loan project was completed with the support of the Guangdong Provincial Construction Department and in cooperation with Canada Creao Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward the strategy of giving priority to environmental protection, emphasizes the construction of environmental infrastructure in the Pearl River Delta from a regional perspective, clarifies the implementation responsibilities between provincial governments and municipal government agencies, and the implementation schedule of urban environmental projects in the Pearl River Delta, which provides a basis for the World Bank's environmental infrastructure construction loan projects in Foshan, Jiangmen and other cities.
(6) Research on the Construction of Urban and Rural Planning Information Platform in Guangdong Province (2007). With the support of the Guangdong Provincial Construction Department, the assistance project of the Canadian International Development Agency was jointly completed by ESRI Canada and Keruiao Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward a set of ideas of establishing regional information platform, integrating urban spatial information in the region and constructing decision support system, which provides technical support for the formulation of the development strategy of the Pearl River Delta.
(7) Study on the Urban Planning System of Macau (20 10). It is a cooperative project between the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Guangdong Province and the Transport and Works Bureau of Macao SAR under the framework of "Guangdong-Macao Urban Planning and Development Task Force". In view of the imperfect building control and urban planning management system in Macao, this paper puts forward the construction ideas of Macao urban planning system from the aspects of planning types, planning preparation and approval, planning permission, planning modification, planning supervision and appeal, which has become an important basis for Macao urban planning law legislation. In the whole project, public participation will be guided by means of workshops, so that urban planning will become a real platform for consultation and communication of interests of all parties.
