Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Haikou City issued the Measures for the Management of Credit Information of Property Service Enterprises in Haikou City (Trial), which took effect on 20 19 12 13 and was valid for two years.

According to the viewpoint of real estate new media, it is mentioned in this method that Haikou will evaluate the credit of the city's property service enterprises on an annual basis, and quantify the credit rating of the property service enterprises, which is divided into four grades: A (excellent), B (good), C (general) and D (poor) * *.

According to the "Measures", property service enterprises with a credit rating of D (poor) will be listed as key regulatory targets and exposed in the media; Property service enterprises with good credit rating will be commended by administrative units and property management industry associations.

The method is clear. Bad credit behavior information includes information that the realty service enterprise violates relevant laws, regulations, normative documents or mandatory standards, fails to perform realty service contracts, violates the principles of fair market competition, honesty and credit, violates credit commitments, hinders or interferes with supervision and management, and is found illegal by administrative organs, judicial organs, arbitration institutions, township people's governments or sub-district offices.
