How to calculate the apportioned area on the land certificate;

The area of the right to use the real estate license is different from the building area. 1. The calculation formula is: land area/total construction area * actual construction area of each house.
2. The construction area refers to the development area of the building, which refers to the sum of the plane areas of each floor measured above the horizontal plane of the outer wall of the residential building.
Legal basis:
