Why do you want to recruit civil servants every year?

The civil service examination is a recruitment examination organized by the competent civil service department for non-leadership positions below the chief clerk and other equivalent positions.

There are so many levels of civil servants and so many positions involved, and there must be many people in need. Some people will have vacancies when they retire. Moreover, not every position is needed every year, only those positions that are needed are recruited.

The corresponding relationship between positions and ranks is civil servants: in China, the ranks of national civil servants are divided into twenty-seven grades.

The corresponding relationship between civil servants' leadership positions and ranks;

(1) National full-time post: level 1.

(2) State-level deputies: level 2 to level 4.

(3) Chief positions at the provincial and ministerial levels: Grade 4 to Grade 8.

(4) Provincial and ministerial deputies: six to ten.

(5) Chief post at bureau level: level 8 to 13.

(six) bureau deputy: ten to fifteen.

(7) Chief post at county level: 12 to 18.

(8) County deputies: 14 to 20.

(9) Chief post at township level: 16 to 22.

(10) Township deputies: Grade 17 to Grade 24.

(eleven) community or village cadres: level twenty-five.

The corresponding relationship between comprehensive management civil servants and their ranks;

(1) Inspector: Grade 8 to 13; (equivalent to bureau level)

(2) Deputy Inspector: Grade 10 to Grade 15;

(3) Investigator: 12 to 18; (equivalent to the county level)

(4) Deputy researcher: 14 to 20;

(5) Chief clerk: 16 to 22; (equivalent to Zheng Xiangke)

(6) Deputy Director: 17 to 24;

(7) Clerk: 18 to 26; (undergraduate)

(8) Clerk: 19 to 27.

The ranks are divided into: General, Lieutenant General, Major General, Senior Colonel, Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, First Master Sergeant, Second Master Sergeant, Third Master Sergeant, Fourth Master Sergeant, Staff Sergeant and Corporal.
