How to verify the authenticity of the post certificate of manager in state-owned property management enterprises

There are two versions of the national property management enterprise manager post certificate.

Among them, the new A center certificate is stamped with a chapter and issued by the national urban construction. The inquiry address is: National Urban Construction Training Center, and the ID number of the inquired person can be entered for inquiry;

The old version of Part B certificate is stamped with two chapters and issued by the Ministry of Construction. The inquiry address is: Cadre College of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Enter the ID number and certificate number to inquire.

The certificate of property management enterprise manager shall be directly applied to the Personnel and Education Department and the Housing and Real Estate Department of the Ministry of Construction by a training institution with the qualification of property management enterprise manager training. The certificates of department managers and administrators of property management enterprises shall be obtained by the construction committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government from the Personnel and Education Department of the Ministry of Construction, and all training institutions shall apply to the education departments and real estate departments of the local construction committees.

Through on-the-job training, the professional knowledge and working ability of property management enterprise managers, department managers and administrative personnel can meet the post requirements and are basically competent for this position. The training content mainly includes theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and knowledge of laws and regulations of property management, with 7 courses each, including 3 trial courses and 4 assessment courses. ?

The training method adopts the combination of face-to-face teaching and self-study, in which the face-to-face teaching time shall not be less than 80 hours. The managers of property management enterprises shall adopt centralized and fixed-point training, and the training institutions shall be approved by the Personnel Education and Labor Department of the Ministry of Construction and the Real Estate Department. The training of department managers and administrative personnel shall be organized by the construction committees (construction departments and municipal management committees) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
