Xiamen plans to build 27,000 piles by 2020.

A few days ago, the Xiamen Municipal Government officially issued the Special Plan for Charging Infrastructure of Electric Vehicles in Xiamen. It is planned that by 2020, the city will promote 26,000 new energy vehicles, build 23 charging and replacing facilities, 435/kloc-0 public charging piles and 222 million special charging piles, with a total investment of 920 million yuan. In terms of the promotion goal of new energy vehicles in 2020, the Plan proposes that the total number should reach 26,000, of which the size of official and private passenger cars is about18600, and the rest are special vehicles such as taxis, sanitation vehicles and patrol cars. In order to meet the promotion demand of 26,000 new energy vehicles and enhance the consumer confidence in the local new energy vehicle market, Xiamen has also made minimum requirements for the charging infrastructure of electric vehicles. By 2020, Xiamen needs to build at least 19 charging and replacing facilities, 3,950 small car charging piles and 22,200 special charging piles for small cars. The Plan decided to allocate special charging piles in combination with special parking stations, internal parking lots of units, internal parking lots of enterprises and institutions, and community parking lots, and the special charging piles were allocated according to the vehicle-pile ratio of 1: 1; The public charging piles are set according to the pile-vehicle ratio of 1:7, and the public charging service radius in the urban core area is less than 0.9km.
