Individuals who commit the above acts shall be fined in 200 yuan.

Article 44 If an enterprise engaged in the commercial cleaning, collection and transportation of municipal solid waste, in violation of the provisions of these Measures, discards or scatters municipal solid waste along the way during transportation, the competent department of construction (environmental sanitation) of the people's government of a municipality directly under the central government, city or county shall order it to stop the illegal act, make a correction within a time limit and impose a fine ranging from 5,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan.
