The decision of Hunan Provincial People's Government on canceling the third batch of administrative examination and approval projects and changing the management mode of a number of administrative examination and approval projects has been adopted at the eighth executive meeting of the provincial people's Government on May 8, 2003, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

According to the decision of the State Council on canceling the second batch of administrative examination and approval items and changing the management mode of a batch of administrative examination and approval items, the provincial people's government decided to cancel the third batch of 70 administrative examination and approval items and change the management mode of administrative examination and approval items 1 1 (the catalogue is attached).
