Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Party B

Article 9 Liability for breach of contract

3. During the execution of this contract, if the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure, both parties shall not be liable for breach of contract, and shall negotiate and solve it in time according to relevant laws and policies.
4. In case of any dispute during the performance of this contract, both parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the property management department for mediation.
