Introduction of contemporary MOMA project

Contemporary MOMA is located on the north side of Yingbin National Road in Dongzhimen, which has the symbolic advantage of the capital Beijing. The planned construction area of the project is 220,000 square meters, including 6,543,800 square meters of residence and 85,000 square meters of supporting commercial area, including cultural exhibition facilities such as multi-hall art theaters, galleries and libraries, as well as living facilities and sports and leisure facilities such as boutique hotels, international kindergartens, top restaurants, top club gymnasiums, swimming pools and tennis courts.

Contemporary MOMA was designed by Professor Steven Holl. The project planning concept is Beijing's linkage mixing, which realizes the uniqueness of the world in architectural art, fully explores the value of urban space, and further develops urban space from plane and vertical connection to three-dimensional urban space. Contemporary MOMA is also the continuation and development of contemporary home ownership technology theme real estate. Moma in Wanguocheng will use renewable green energy on a large scale on the basis of achieving high comfort and micro-energy consumption. From the perspective of sustainable development, appropriate high-density (intensity) land development and utilization and large-scale use of renewable green energy in contemporary MOMA are the development direction of big cities, and they are real "energy-saving and land-saving" projects.

In the planning and design of contemporary MOMA, the future life style of the city is considered more, and the concept of composite function is introduced. Urban communities with open functions can not only live here, but also work, play, relax and transport harmoniously. As an open community with excellent business and international culture and full of vitality, it will create a more harmonious international living atmosphere, which will not only create a more comfortable environment for the community, but also improve urban areas. The project is scheduled to start construction in early 2005 and be completed and put into use before the 2008 Olympic Games.
