The company has two branches, 23 project departments and an overseas project department. Yachang Industry and Trade Company, an overseas project department, is located in Algeria, and is responsible for the material transshipment and settlement business of our group company in that country. Based on the principle of lean and efficient, the company has set up a company management organization consisting of office, business planning department, finance department, human resources department, property management center, debt settlement office, supervision (audit) office and police station. Over the years, on the one hand, the company has established a sales cooperation relationship with manufacturers of steel, cement, petrochemical and other products, on the other hand, it has established a cooperation relationship with railway, highway and other construction units and their construction units in purchasing and supplying materials and equipment, and gradually formed a material marketing network with Taiyuan as the center and radiating the whole country. Has participated in more than 20 railway trunk lines and more than 80 railway branch lines and special lines of material storage and supply tasks. During the period of 1999, the company began to participate in the bidding for the transportation and storage management of materials and equipment for large and medium-sized railway construction projects, and successively undertook the transportation, transit and storage of materials and equipment for Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, Huang Shuo Railway, Qinghai-Tibet Railway and Shenluo Railway from Daliuta to Shenmu North Section, and the transportation and coordination of materials and equipment for Zhengxi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, which were all trusted and praised by the tenderee and the construction unit. On the basis of railway material reserve supply, we participated in the material supply of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Expressway, airport and municipal construction. Since 2005, the company has successively won the bid for the procurement of steel and cement for Yiwan Railway, Wuhan Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge and Yongtaiwen, Wu Guang and Shitai Passenger Dedicated Lines, and supplied more than 6,543,800 tons of steel and cement as an agent.
