Is this pulled? How to pull it back?

I didn't pull the switch. If I pull the switch, I will jump to the bottom and the small black square will stand out. Now that all the switches are on the top, the small black square below is not prominent.

If the switch is pulled, just press the small black square first, and then press the switch.

If there is no electricity at home now, check other circuits, or see if there is electricity in the neighbor's house, or go upstairs to see if the master control of a unit is on or off.
