Who pays for the electricity in the basement?

Residents pay fees in a unified way. The electricity used in the basement is collected by the property personnel and paid by the residents. Conditional communities will install separate meters in the basement and distribute them to all owners. If there is no condition, the electricity consumption in the basement will be summarized into the comprehensive water and electricity fee, and then distributed to various owners.
