Why is the property manager's certificate different from that of official website?

1. If the certificate you obtained is not issued by China Property Management Institute, but a forged false certificate, you can't find the corresponding information in official website when you query the certificate number. Please contact the relevant departments as soon as possible to verify the authenticity of the certificate.

2. The certificate data may not be updated synchronously. When inquiring the certificate number, please make sure to inquire within enough time after the certificate is issued. Under normal circumstances, the certificate data will be updated synchronously within one week.

3. If the information entered when querying the ID number is incorrect, such as name and ID number, the query result may be inaccurate. Please ensure that the information entered is consistent with the actual certificate information.
