System for handling suggestions (opinions) of staff representatives

(1) collecting proposals should be combined with the work of workers' congresses, and enterprises should collect them once every six months. (2) All collected proposals shall be sorted by the trade union. Establish a proposal card and submit it to the relevant leaders or departments for careful study, handling and answering. (3) The time limit for solving the leadership proposal shall not exceed 30 days from the date of receiving the proposal. The handling opinions shall be filed after meeting with the employee representatives in the form of meeting or proposal card feedback.

The contents of the proposal of the workers' congress can be mentioned as follows: improving the working environment, carrying out training for workers, improving the treatment of workers, strengthening labor protection, enriching their spare time life and so on. Proposal writing: 1. Description: the phenomenon of littering in the factory, the garbage data generated every day, and the current treatment methods; 2. Consequences: littering damages the corporate image, hinders the working environment and order, wastes raw materials and affects the quality of employees. 3. Measures: strengthen publicity and education, formulate relevant systems, take overall responsibility for all work, collect garbage, implement inspection mechanism, implement punishment measures, and so on.
