In order to better improve the environmental quality of urban and rural areas, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, reduce fire safety hazards and enhance the level of civilized city construction. According to the relevant work requirements and the relevant provisions of the Emergency Notice on Doing a Good Job in Prohibiting the Sale and Discharge of Fireworks and Firecrackers in the Region, it was decided to prohibit the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in Lijin County from June 65438+1October 19 to March 15, 2022. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

First, strengthen source control. All township streets should communicate and negotiate with the wholesale and retail merchants of fireworks and firecrackers in advance, gain the understanding and support of enterprises, and earnestly do a good job in banning the sale of fireworks and firecrackers. Emergency management, public security and urban comprehensive law enforcement departments should investigate the jurisdiction, ban outlets that illegally sell and store fireworks and firecrackers, and urge etiquette celebration companies and hotels to implement measures to ban burning and releasing.

Second, strict responsibility implementation. All township streets should co-ordinate the work of prohibiting the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers within their respective jurisdictions, implement territorial management, and be responsible to grass-roots units such as communities, villages and residential properties. Emergency management, public security and other law enforcement departments have intensified joint law enforcement and promoted the prohibition of the sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region according to their respective responsibilities. Relevant departments directly under the county level should do a good job in guidance and supervision. If the responsibility is not implemented effectively, resulting in safety accidents and adverse effects, the relevant responsibilities will be seriously investigated according to relevant regulations.

Third, strengthen publicity and guidance. All township streets should use radio stations, TV stations, self-media and ordinary paper to conduct comprehensive publicity and launch, and publicize the "Regulations on Prohibiting the Sale and Setting off Fireworks and Firecrackers" to communities, villages and households, so as to be well-known and leave no blind spots, effectively improve the awareness rate and participation of the masses, and quickly create a good social atmosphere for the participation of the whole people.
