The annual review of the property company does not require the employment certificate of the property manager.

Property management companies should conduct an annual inspection according to regulations, and the property management department applying for annual inspection of qualifications should provide the following information:

1, enterprise self-inspection report;

2 copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise;

3. The original and photocopy of the qualification certificate of the property management enterprise;

4, a copy of the property management fee permit;

5, the original financial statements of the enterprise in the previous year (copy stamped with the official seal of the unit);

6, the owners' committee (entrusted management unit) review;

7. Internal management system;

8. Employee-related labor contracts.
