Why are some rented houses invoiced by property, and some are individual landlords?

This is the difference between big property rights and small property rights. If you rent a small property right (the house has become a private property right), the invoice will only be the owner's name. If you rent a big property (developer), the invoice will be from the property company, and the landlord will pay the property fee before giving it to you, so you will see the owner's name on the invoice.
