On the afternoon of September 17, a press conference on prevention and control of pneumonia in Gui 'an District of Guiyang City was held (17th). Cao Yang, executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Guiyang Municipal Committee, said at the press conference that since the establishment of the "epidemic-free community" in September 13, with the active participation of the general public, all districts (cities, counties) in Guiyang have actively carried out the work of delineating the scope of creation, building hard isolation facilities, connecting and distributing materials, and building temporary party organizations, and made every effort to strive for the "epidemic-free community". As of noon on September 17, a total of 865 communities in Guiyang have voluntarily declared their establishment, and 276 communities under construction have met the requirements after examination. After three days of observation, evaluation and acceptance, 66 "epidemic-free communities"/kloc-0 have been successfully established, covering 225579 households and 528255 people. At present, in the near future, Yunyan District, Huaxi District and Wudang District will also successively assess and identify a number of "communities without epidemic areas". The successful establishment of the "epidemic-free community" has realized that residents can move in an orderly manner in the community, community merchants can restrict their business, and restaurants can carry out catering business activities without providing in-store food.

Next, Guiyang will promote the establishment of an "epidemic-free community" in a wider scope, and try its best to meet the various needs of the general public and friends under the static management state for more than ten days.

First, meet the needs of residents' activities to the maximum extent. Guiyang will carry out in-depth activities to create an "epidemic-free community", mobilize community cadres, grid workers and property management personnel to carefully guard the "gate" of our community, so that residents can safely open their own "small gate", push the door open, go downstairs, take a walk, relax and walk around the community in an orderly manner.

Second, meet the material needs of residents to the maximum extent. Guiyang will carry out in-depth work to create an "epidemic-free community". After all kinds of epidemic prevention tests are completed, supermarkets, restaurants and other living facilities will be opened in an orderly manner to meet the basic needs of the people to the greatest extent. Restricted by objective conditions and community facilities, communities that cannot meet residents' material needs will set up reasonable material transfer points to deliver materials to residents' doorsteps. In particular, old communities with inconvenient living, incomplete supporting facilities, lack of materials and difficult distribution will be given priority.

Third, meet the health needs of residents to the maximum extent. Guiyang will carry out in-depth work to create an "epidemic-free community", do a good job in eliminating the public environment, remove garbage in time, and let residents live in the community with peace of mind. Residents in the "epidemic-free community" should also abide by relevant prevention and control measures in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control policy.
