Third, during the preparation period, I am not afraid of being tired and running around. I go deep into the construction site every day to follow up the installation and debugging of security and fire fighting equipment and facilities on the construction site, find construction technicians to understand the operation rules of mechanical equipment, and lead the team members to be familiar with the layout of floors upstairs and downstairs, the location of each channel, the installation position and structure of each equipment. If there is any situation that hinders future operation, I will immediately discuss with the general manager. Communicate the solution with the project department of the group. During the trial operation of the hotel, the handover of the project led to the shortage of security guards and overtime work. Most employees in the middle department are emotional during overtime due to various reasons. I immediately talked to them alone to boost their morale, ensure the minimum mobility of department employees and escort the owners.

Fourth, in the process of work, I deeply feel the urgency of strengthening my own study and improving my own quality. First, I should learn from books, insist on finding time to learn foreign languages every day, and try my best to learn spoken foreign languages well.
