Do I have to pay the property fee if I buy a house and don't live there?

In principle, regardless of whether the house is occupied or not, the property fee must be paid, and there is no non-payment clause. However, the landlord can ask the tenant to pay the property fee of the rented house, or apply for a reduction or exemption of the property fee during the non-residential period, and the fees not included in the management contract can be omitted.
