Every time I feel my progress at work, my heart is full of joy. Every success can make me more confident in myself and more willing to learn and arm myself, so that I can keep pace with the times and improve my ability at all times.
Third, shortcomings
Lack of work experience, not as handy as old employees. Facing customers who need help, they always feel timid, afraid to face the fear that they can't do well, lack understanding of themselves, have a sense of responsibility for their work, but often make some small mistakes. These shortcomings hinder my work, make my work not smooth and make people very angry. I already know these problems, and I will correct them. By constantly practicing and helping the work, I strive to do everything for myself. I am inexperienced, timid in learning, and exercise my courage. After doing my work well, I will check it carefully several times to ensure that I will not make mistakes.
I have gained a lot from my work in the first half of the year, and I have a clear goal plan for myself in the second half. I can feel my progress, and I will do better in my future work.
