I. Scope of the Contract

Second, charge.

I. Contents of the Contract

Two. Rights and obligations of Party A

Three. Rights and obligations of Party B

2. Party B's charging business personnel should correctly and skillfully use the computer network charging system. Party B shall provide quality services to users, and shall not refuse or delay the collection of tap water charges for any reason, or refuse users to inquire about tap water charges and pre-stored water charges;

3. Party B shall be equipped with technical maintenance personnel to ensure the normal operation of the system and eliminate the faults in time. During the failure, customer complaints must be properly resolved;

4. When Party B collects overdue tap water charges, it shall collect liquidated damages according to the standard data provided by Party A. Without Party A's consent, Party B shall not change or delete tap water user information without authorization;

5. Party B shall issue an invoice when collecting tap water charges (including liquidated damages) and a receipt when collecting pre-stored water charges. Invoices and receipts shall be issued by computer and shall not be filled in manually; Party B shall designate a special person to manage the water fee and bind the invoice stubs returned to Party A in numerical order (including invalid tickets). If it is lost, it shall be handled according to the relevant provisions of the state invoice management, and bear the responsibility and all losses caused thereby;

6. Will Party B deliver the bills and documents of that day to Party A before 24:00 every day, so that Party A can check the accounts in time, and notify Party A in time if there is any abnormality; If the daily data of Party A and Party B are checked incorrectly, Party A will handle it according to the reconciliation documents or actual expenses provided by Party B.. 7. Party B shall bear the installation and use fees of communication lines required by both parties to carry out business. 8. Party B provides a front-end server, which is placed in Party A's computer room for communication between the business systems of both parties. Its property right belongs to Party B, and Party B shall also be responsible for future repairs and maintenance.

10. The water fee charged by Party B shall be transferred to the account designated by Party A once a month (once every ten days) with a statement attached.

Fourth, the liability for breach of contract

1. Any party who changes or violates the agreed terms of this agreement without authorization shall bear all the compensation liabilities arising therefrom;

2. If Party B complains to users about the service attitude and service quality of toll collectors, Party B shall deal with it seriously and make an evaluation according to relevant regulations, and report the evaluation to Party A. ..
