The organizing committee of the contest hired domestic experts as members of the selection committee to conduct preliminary evaluation and final evaluation. The number of winners accounts for 30% of the total number of participants. In the preliminary stage, there are 60 best popularity awards (30 hard pens and 30 brushes), and the popularity award players can directly enter the finals. There are five awards for outstanding organizations in the competition, which are awarded to schools and institutions that register in the form of groups. Players from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao are assessed in the same proportion, which is not included in the assessment ratio of mainland students.
