In addition, township people's governments, including streets, should, in accordance with the requirements of district and county people's governments, investigate and seal up the construction site or stop it until the illegal buildings under construction are eliminated, forcibly dismantle or backfill the illegal buildings that have been built according to law, and punish the parties in good faith, which can be made public in the news media and notified to relevant units and industry organizations. The illegal construction of cultivated land is handled by the Bureau of Land and Resources, and the illegal construction in other places is managed by the urban construction departments or demolition offices of townships and sub-district offices at all levels. Demolition is carried out by the urban management, but the urban management is responsible for the demolition work and is not responsible for accepting reports of illegal construction.
