The salary of community workers consists of basic salary and performance salary. The basic salary accounts for about 70% of the total salary, and the performance salary accounts for about 30% of the total salary. The basic salary is paid on a monthly basis, and adjusted accordingly with the change of posts, the increase of working years, the improvement of educational level and related professional level. Performance pay can be paid quarterly and annually according to the assessment, and the gap can be widened appropriately according to the annual assessment of excellent, qualified, basically qualified and unqualified.

The basic duties of community workers are:
