Why interview the supervisor on duty?

The shift manager is well paid, but he has great responsibilities and strict requirements, which also poses great challenges to the candidates themselves. Face-to-face HR communication is needed to judge whether the candidate can adapt to this position.

Job responsibilities:

1. Implement national laws, decrees, regulations, rules, principles and policies related to safety.

2. Be responsible for making annual fire safety work plan and organizing the implementation of daily fire safety management.

3. Be responsible for drawing up the capital investment and organizational guarantee scheme for fire safety work.

4. Be responsible for public security and fire control management in the company's management area, and formulate various safety operation systems and emergency plans according to actual conditions.

5. Organize the implementation of fire inspection and fire hazard rectification.

6. Organize and implement the maintenance of fire control, monitoring facilities, fire extinguishing equipment and fire safety signs, so as to ensure that they are in good condition and effective, and that evacuation passages and safety exits are unblocked.

7. Cooperate with and assist the public security (fire-fighting) organs in the investigation and handling of criminal and public security cases and major accidents.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Requirements:

1.28-45 years old, local household registration is preferred, and fire protection certificate is required;

2. Be able to work 6 hours a day. (6 hours a day, 24 hours a day, can adapt to shifts)

2. Abide by the law, obey orders, be honest, have a sense of responsibility, work hard, and have certain adaptability, problem solving and communication and coordination skills;

3. Love security work and have basic legal knowledge and fire fighting skills;

4. Experience in charge of property project safety department is preferred.

Interview experience:

Introduce your experience, including educational background, when did you graduate, what jobs you took part in, what you are doing now, what you are good at, the habit of dealing with others, etc. Then simply communicate with them in English, as long as they can understand, and the requirements are not very strict.
