Troubleshooting ADSL broadband

(1) Check whether the Modem light is normal ".

First of all, whether the ADSL modem is "synchronous" is a sign that the ADSL modem works normally. If the modem is not synchronized, it is absolutely impossible to dial up the Internet. Generally, checking whether the modem is synchronized depends on whether the synchronization light of the modem is on (not flashing). After turning on the modem, wait for 2 minutes to stabilize.

If the synchronization light is always on (not flashing), it means that the modem can synchronize, and the synchronization light flashes to indicate that the modem is out of synchronization. There are three main models of modems, and their synchronization indicators are:

The network card light is a sign of the connection between ADSL modem and computer network card. If it doesn't light up, there is a problem with the connection between the modem and the network card. To check whether the network cable is loose or connected incorrectly, try plugging and unplugging it several times or replacing the network cable.

(3) Check whether the entered account password is correct.

If you confirm that the ADSL modem is in normal condition, but you can't dial the Internet, please record the error code and error prompt after dialing. Note: One of the error prompts is the account password. For example: prompt you to re-enter your account password, or prompt "login failed". At this time, first check whether there is any problem with the account number, and pay attention to case sensitivity. (4) Check whether the accessories of the separator are normal.
