At present, well-known real estate enterprises have successively entered the Songming market, which has become a powerful driving force for the development of the region. There used to be large markets such as Kunming Jialize. Since 20 18, Country Garden, Evergrande and Haochuang have launched new projects one after another, and the types of real estate products in Songming market have gradually diversified and the competition has become fierce, and the house prices have almost doubled.

Among them, Kunming Jialize, as a large-scale cultural tourism project aimed at plateau sports towns, plans a variety of products, including garden houses, villas, serviced apartments, shopping centers and so on. The development dividend brought by convenient transportation has gradually appeared in Songming area, and with the planning of "Airport New District", it can be predicted that the development and construction period of Songming has arrived.
