In March, high-pressure jet grouting piles for soft foundation treatment on Line B, Line H and Line A were started one after another. There is a shortage of construction management personnel in the project department. I have the honor to join the ranks of builders and directly participate in the management of the production line. I cherish such a once-in-a-lifetime exercise opportunity. At first, I was also worried about my non-professional background in road and bridge construction management, but later, with the development of the project and under the serious guidance of leaders and predecessors, I crossed the river by feeling the stones and gradually adapted to the changes of the protagonist. In a month from late March to late April, the construction of high-pressure jet grouting pile in three areas of line B, line H and line A was completed. During this period, the cement mixing piles of Line A and Line C also started construction. During this time, I combined the construction scheme with the site, consulted experienced colleagues in time, and mastered the construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting pile and cement mixing pile. Strictly control the construction parameters such as water cement ratio, cement slurry pressure, lifting speed and verticality, and control the quality of finished piles.
In mid-April, large-scale construction of cast-in-place piles began. The leader transferred me to this team. The construction technology of this project is relatively complex, and there are many unpredictable factors in the construction process. On the one hand, the completion of the cast-in-place pile directly determines whether the subsequent superstructure can be connected, so we work day and night to overcome various obstacles and pursue progress. On May 1 day, we drove 8 piles, which is the largest pile quantity in this project so far. On the other hand, the cast-in-place pile is obviously influenced by geology and concrete quality, and the construction process control is relatively complicated. A little carelessness may cause major quality accidents such as hole collapse and broken piles. In order to overcome these problems, as a novice, I actively learn from subcontractors and try my best to put an end to such accidents. Today, * * * has completed 305 cast-in-place piles.
In these two sub-projects, we learned the corresponding work, such as the deployment of machinery, the active encouragement of personnel, the filling of test application forms, the collation of measurement data and so on. Although it is only superficial, it is still a gain for me with plain qualifications.
Second, day and night, I fully realized the essence of hard-working spirit.
The two sub-projects I mainly participated in belong to day and night construction. So I worked in shifts with another assistant builder, each of whom worked 24 hours and rested 24 hours. This kind of work intensity is actually a test of people's physical quality and spiritual will. Many times, it almost collapsed. But under the guidance of the leader, I learned to relax when I was busy and try to catch up on sleep when I didn't have any work at hand. Six months' night shift baptism made me feel that even if I took the college entrance examination again, I would not even blink.
Insufficient evaluation in work:
First, unfamiliarity with drawings and specifications leads to quality problems. It must be admitted that even though the cast-in-place pile team is the hardest, there is no denying that mistakes occur frequently during this period. This is directly related to my unfamiliarity with drawings and specifications. In the future, I will read more standard drawings, consult more experts, and strive to overcome this problem and put an end to absurdity.
Second, the working face of construction management is too narrow, and the annual technical harvest index is low. One year has passed, and I only stay in soft foundation treatment and construction management of cast-in-place pile project, and the construction technology I have mastered can be said to be minimal. Today's society is changing with each passing day. It is a pity that a college graduate in his twenties repeats these two skills day after day. In the coming year, we will try our best to set foot in other working faces of road and bridge construction, hoping to master more other technologies of road and bridge construction.
Third, the mentality is immature and not ready for long-term hardship. It is true that I live and work repeatedly in a relatively small and remote circle every day, far from my hometown and relatives, and the natural environment in the north is relatively harsh.
