1 Project Management and Responsibility

1. 1 scope of responsibility of the supplier (Company A)

Company A will provide a series of services such as hardware equipment, software design, manufacturing, inspection, transportation, warehousing, construction, installation, single machine debugging, joint debugging, system debugging, personnel training, etc., and submit relevant documents and drawings, as well as warranty services. At the same time, negotiate and cooperate with third-party suppliers to complete the design, manufacture, installation and debugging of software and hardware interfaces with other systems to ensure that the system meets user requirements and runs safely and reliably.

Although Party A (Property Management Center, hereinafter referred to as "Property Management Center") will review and confirm Party A's work, including the submitted design documents, this does not absolve the supplier from the responsibility for the correct design, manufacture, installation and adjustment of the whole system.

Company A provides specific contents and measures of project management and quality management.

A. Design and design liaison

Complete functional specifications, including interface design, according to the bidding documents of residential area A and its specified standards. Organize and hold liaison meetings to solve design problems.

According to the functional specifications audited by the property management center, complete the detailed design of the system (including hardware design and software design), cooperate with relevant professional suppliers to complete the relevant interface design, and submit relevant design documents.

In the technical scheme, suggestions are made on the system design scheme, procedures, methods and adopted standards, and relevant contents are also reflected in the construction organization scheme for the property management center to review.

Company A will submit to the property management center (contractor) suggestions on plans, procedures, methods and adopted standards for system manufacturing, ex-factory inspection and acceptance, on-site installation and acceptance of equipment, single debugging of equipment installation and monitoring system, and joint debugging of the system, and submit them to the property management center for review.

B. Manufacturing and ex-factory acceptance

Company A will manufacture or enter the system equipment listed in the scope of supply according to the standards in the detailed design and functional specification reviewed by the competent department.

Carry out production acceptance (PAT) to ensure that all system equipment is brand-new, of good quality and certified.

C. packaging and transportation

According to the requirements of the competent department, package the equipment and deliver each batch of goods to the designated place of your company on time as planned.

D. Installation and debugging

Company A has the responsibility to participate in the on-site unpacking inspection of equipment. Be responsible for making detailed installation plans and submitting monthly reports to the owner during installation, including project progress, failures, unfavorable factors, potential delays and remedial suggestions. In case of emergency, report to the supervision and property management center at any time.

Responsible for installation and construction in strict accordance with the design and construction drawings, equipment technical diploma, equipment use and installation instructions, assembly drawings and relevant technical standards at home and abroad.

Responsible for submitting the project implementation plan for each installation stage.

Responsible for self-inspection and fill in the equipment installation quality table. Pre-electrify products that can be electrified, and unqualified products shall not be installed.

Have the responsibility to cooperate with the owner to do a good job of "creating excellence rules".

Have the responsibility to submit the construction organization arrangement, methods and procedures, materials, equipment supply and management, technical management measures of construction organization, main measures of civilized construction, main technical measures to ensure safety, main technical measures to ensure project quality, main technical measures to ensure construction period, etc.

Be responsible for submitting the self-inspection results of each installation stage of engineering installation.

Have the responsibility to cooperate with the owner and the supervisor for the acceptance of each installation stage.

1.3 supervision responsibility scope

In order to ensure the realization of this project, Company A provides and implements relevant equipment manufacturing quality control procedures. During the whole contract period, until the factory is shipped, the property management center will supervise whether the methods, processes, schedules, styles and records of Company A at all stages of the project conform to the quality control plan. Before the start of the project, Company A will designate an employee or member of the organization to the property management center in writing, and authorize it to handle various quality control issues under this contract.

Company A guarantees that all equipment, spare parts and finished products of the system meet the recognized standards and proposed requirements. To this end, Company A has established a complete quality assurance system for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of systems, equipment and materials, and plans to meet internationally recognized quality standards.

2 Design liaison and personnel regulations

2. 1 Design contact person

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the contract, in the design process of the contract equipment, according to the requirements of the design process and timetable, Company A, the property management center and the design institute will send relevant personnel to carry out design liaison work. The personnel sent by the property management center have the right to ask questions to Company A and hold meetings to give lectures on related matters.

The packaging and transportation of goods meet the product requirements of the system.
