I. Introduction of Qualification Certificate
Qualification certificate is an internationally accepted certification system for technical and skilled personnel. * * * There are five grades. The current human resources policy of the country is to implement the system of paying equal attention to academic qualifications and professional qualifications. There are three levels of property management profession, namely: property manager (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant property manager (national vocational qualification level 3) and property manager (national vocational qualification level 2).

Training fee: assistant property manager 1380 yuan, and property manager is 2380 yuan (including training fee, teaching materials, materials, cross talk, examination and certificate fee).
Third, the examination method
Both theoretical knowledge examination and operation examination adopt closed-book written examination. The theoretical knowledge test is one and a half hours, and the skill operation test is two hours. The total score of each exam is 100, and those who reach 60 points in both exams are considered qualified. Property managers also have to write papers and defend them.
Iv. application conditions
1, property manager (meeting one of the following conditions)
After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.
Have a college degree, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years, have been trained by a professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
Have a bachelor's degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, have reached the required standard hours after the training of the professional property manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
2. Assistant Property Manager: (under one of the following circumstances)
The personnel who have obtained the professional property management qualification certificate have been engaged in the professional work for more than two years, have been trained by professional assistant property managers to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for three years.
Bachelor degree or above in this major or related major.
