Rent price standard:

1. low-income families with housing difficulties in Zhuzhou collect rent according to the standard of 2 yuan per square meter per month;

2. Zhuzhou City's middle-lower income (non-low-income) families with housing difficulties, newly employed workers without housing, and migrant workers with stable employment in this city are charged rent according to the standard of 6 yuan per square meter per month;

3. If the lessee violates the regulations or no longer meets the requirements of public rental housing security after examination, it shall withdraw from the public rental housing security; If the lessee who does not vacate the public rental housing after the expiration of the relocation period has no other housing, the rent will be charged according to the market rent price standard.
