Second, what is the nature of the property you bought? Residential or commercial-residential dual-use houses. The former generally does not engage in commercial electricity consumption, while the latter is not residential in nature, so commercial television is normal.

If it is residential, then the developer's electricity is illegal. If it is the latter, it must be submitted (the nature of water and electricity is generally not written in the contract)
