(1) Socialized and enterprise logistics management. With the deepening of the reform of court institutions, I think it is no longer possible to do a good job of logistics management by administrative means alone. We must use the means of combining administration with economy, that is, gradually change from service-oriented management to service-oriented management. At present, the "small and comprehensive" logistics management system of the court is not only not conducive to improving work efficiency, but also causes great waste of manpower, material resources and financial resources, which does not meet the needs of court trial work. Logistics management is socialized and enterprise-oriented, and the service function is separated from the current administrative function, becoming the service center of economic entities, providing catering services, traffic information services, house maintenance services, meetings and environmental greening and beautification services for court staff. This can not only reduce administrative establishment and save money, but also improve work efficiency, strengthen competition and create economic benefits.

I competed for the post in May XXX as the deputy director of the office. During my two years as vice president, I realized the important role of court logistics management in the whole leadership activities and the whole trial activities. The logistics work of the composition court of Band 4 is a complicated project. Compared with the logistics management of other administrative departments, it has its unique characteristics. The core of the court's logistics work is to provide favorable material guarantee for the trial business and create a good working, learning and living environment for the court. Everything may involve the immediate interests of the trial and court staff, that is, concrete and practical. But the most important thing is the complexity of the court's logistics work, including interpersonal relationship, the relationship between people and things, such as the material guarantee of transportation, communication and equipment needed for trial business, and the life of court staff. Everything should be well thought out and carefully arranged. A slight omission will affect the trial business and the mood of the judges in handling cases. It is necessary to deal with the relationship between the courtrooms in the court and the relationship between the court and the outside. Some of my practices in this regard were also stated in the previous report on work, and I will not repeat them one by one.

Second, the reform measures after the successful post competition.

If I can compete for the office director, with the completion of the court trial complex and the judge's apartment, I think the logistics management should be based on good service guarantee and take scientific management as a means to boldly introduce foreign experience.

The logistics service part of the court should jump out of the strange circle of free service, establish the concept of service making profits, combine the purpose of adhering to service with service trade, and make the input, output and income of service enter a virtuous circle.

(4) Marketization of employment. I think it is necessary to follow the example of modern enterprises in employing people, introduce a competitive mechanism for employing people, implement a full-time labor contract system according to the different positions, labor intensity, business requirements and existing personnel structure of logistics services, and pay according to work, and implement the method of "open recruitment and merit-based recruitment" for some vacancies and personnel needed by new units. Up to now, I have closed more than 100 cases without fault. Bankruptcy of township enterprises is a new topic for the court. In order to complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, I have repeatedly studied the bankruptcy law, the civil procedure law, the regulations on the management of township enterprises and other relevant laws and regulations, which has drawn a satisfactory end to the fragmented and bankrupt unit of township enterprises. After more than ten years of hard work, leaders and comrades paid close attention to it, kept it in mind, and gave me a high evaluation. I have been rated as an advanced individual many times.

Some people say that judges don't study, which means that there is no law in the country. It's true. Because the promulgation and implementation of every new law depends on the mastery of judges. If the judge doesn't master it, it means that the legislature is busy in vain. 3. concretize the law enforcement responsibility. A court is a family, and there is no distinction between high and low. People can only be recognized by different behaviors because of different division of labor, and they can't allow bad styles to be presumptuous because of different positions.
